DHL SHIPPING FAQ
When will I get my order?
Any order placed before 12pm will leave for next day. Your order will be shipped with DHL. Monday to Thursday.
Do you offer weekend delivery?
unfortunately the courier cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. So orders placed on Friday will be collected from our premises on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Why has my delivery been refunded?
Your order may be refunded if we are unable to guarantee next day delivery to certain parts of the United Kingdom. Part of your order may be refunded if we are out of stock of the selected item.
Why has my order has been delayed?
There are rare instances where a courier may delay a shipment. This could be down to many factors such as bad weather, bad traffic etc. Unfortunately curriers do not cover insurance for perishable goods.
When will I be notified about my delivery?
You will be notified by DHL with your tracking information. Please ensure your email is spelt correctly and is an active email to ensure you receive tracking.
